◆Wagashi Ichino◆
The third generation of a family-owned wagashi shop in Ichinomiya, Aichi, started a new business. Wagashi-ya is a Japanese confectionery shop.
Using local ingredients, we sell products from traditional to oddball, just focusing on taste.
We also have a coffee shop and serve morning breakfast, which is a typical Ichinomiya morning meal.

◆Ichino Satoyama Confectionary Shop◆
A cafe where you can enjoy Japanese sweets and tea with delicious ingredients from the peaceful satoyama spreading in Higashimino.
Mainly selling dorayaki, new sweets are introduced at the change of seasons.
Tea from Higashimino is also offered.
The story behind the store is that the owner of a long-established Japanese confectionary shop, which has been shining a light on local ingredients, was drawn to the beautiful satoyama of Higashimino and opened the store.
